Meals for January 27th

Breakfast:

Green shake (Banana, PB2, Chia Seeds, Broccoli, Spinach, Almond Milk)

Snack: 

15 pistachios, 1 orange

 

Lunch: Zucchini Noodle Pad Thai with Chicken

Snack: 1 orange, 1 yogurt

Dinner : Eggplant and Sausage “parmesan” boats
