Tuesday Jan 28th Meals

For today…. 

Breakfast: Green Shake (same as yesterday)

Snack: 1 C. Grapes, 12 pistachios

Lunch: Eggplant boat

Snack: 1 orange, 1 yogurt

Dinner: (Not sure, going to my friend Danya’s, she will be making something healthy, she is a personal trainer)
