Daily Food Feb 3rd

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 pieces of chicken bacon

Snack: 1 Orange, 8 raw unsalted almonds

Lunch: Chili (Delish, Paleo Friendly, loaded with veggies)

Snack: Grapefruit (pre-yoga)

Dinner: Leftover soup

Of course, I will have to drinks tons of water to compensate for the hot yoga. I always have a coffee in the morning and a couple herbal teas (with nothing in them) throughout the day.
