Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 pieces chicken bacon

Snack: Green Shake (1 banana, kale, spinach, almond milk, pb2, chia seeds)

Lunch: Chicken thighs, roast veggies, cauliflower mash 

Snack: 1 Orange, 8 pistachios

Dinner: Asian Salad (kale, cabbage, peanuts…), chicken breast
