Food for Today Feb. 6th

Breakfast: 2 eggs

Snack: Green smoothie (no broccoli today, it was so gross yesterday!): Spinach, 1 banana, chia seeds, unsweetened almond milk, 1 tsp PB2

Lunch: Asian Salad with Chicken breast

Dinner: Chicken breast + Cucumber and Tomato Salad (if I don’t get more creative about dinner after I get home from hot yoga. I also have a spaghetti squash I want to eat, but not sure what to do with it!)
