Food for Today Feb. 7th

Breakfast: 4 eggs whites + green onion scramble

Snack: Green Shake (same as yest)

Lunch: Chili

Snack: Raspberries, + (newly made gluten free custard with Coconut cream, a tiny bit of Maple syrup, egg yolks, vanilla- we’ll see how that tastes!!)

Dinner: At my favorite restaurant in Montreal. Not sure what I will have yet, but I will let this be one of my meals of the week where I will have whatever calls to me on the menu. Looking forward to it!
