Food Feb 11th, 2014

Breakfast: Green smoothie (Banana, 1 scoop protein powder, kale, almond milk, ice)

Snack: 1 Grapefruit

Lunch: Spaghetti squash ”lasagna” that I made (it’s so delicious! will post recipe)

Snack: 1 Orange, 1 Yogurt

Dinner: Ground chicken curry in lettuce cups (I will also post recipe, Stefano Faita)
