Food for Feb. 19th

Breakfast: 

Pumpkin Chia Pudding (recipe coming up!)

1 Orange

Snack: Banana ”Muffin”

Lunch: Meat (Brisket, some pork), Salad with Peppers, Tomatoes, Cucumber with herbs and rice vinegar

Snack: 1 Orange, Yogurt

Dinner: Going out for dinner tonight, will have Fish or Meat and Veggies. Will not be tempted by anything else! Not as good as making your own meals, but my dinner companions will be worth it!
