Holding Back

I officially went to my 3rd Reebok Crossfit YUL class today (since last Wednesday). I went to hot yoga yesterday (Moksha is amazing), and it felt so great on my muscles that had a WIDE AWAKENING this week. I really liked the WOD tonight, but I did realize that I’m so used to other workouts. To pacing myself. There is NO ROOM for pacing yourself in Crossfit. I have to remember that when I’m there. Tomorrow- I’m leaving it all out at the box.
