My Healthy Take on Pizza Night

Friday, I was really wanting a fun night in with a friend. What would be perfect for that? Pizza! I’ve tried the cauliflower crust pizza once before, and decided to give it another go. It turned out amazing! It’s a really fun, healthy take on pizza night. You can really put anything on it. I chose some cheese, lots of peppers, and mushrooms as well as sausage and pepperoni. It really hit the spot, and I didn’t feel full or guilty afterwards. (Although we need to talk about that guilt feeling, because let’s be honest- it’s not helpful for anyone).
