So, I’ve been the worst at blogging since my trip to New Orleans.
But I’m back now! Did a weigh in when I got back last week, and my weight hadn’t moved at all. I wanted at least a little weight loss since I did watch myself on my trip. However, a trip means eating every meal out, eating things I normally stay away from, not being at my box for CrossFit and definitely drinking more (it happens!).
This morning I weighed myself, and lost 1.5 pounds, which I’m happy with. I need to keep pushing and keep fighting, but I’m feeling great. Tired, but great.
84.5 pounds to go!!! 16.5 lost. Let’s do this.
